Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Control Analyst to join our team supporting the Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber-Defense, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) GroupThis position is fast-paced and high-impact for individuals looking to prove, establish, and develop their financial and personnel management abilitiesThe ideal candidate for this position can work independently and solve complex problemsThis position supports Odyssey's field office in Lincoln, MA, close to Hanscom Air Force BaseResponsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:
o Financial Planning & Analysis:
o Apply financial and accounting principles to provide Leadership with accurate and reliable income statement analysis to provide insight into operational trends.o Provide monthly internal financial reporting and forecasting to the Manager, FP&A, and C5ISR Executive Director/Director Leadership.o Participate in C5ISR monthly and quarterly financial analysis review with the C5ISR leadership team; build presentation material for leadership review.o Operations & Contract Executiono Assist group and division leadership with business management support for a large and complex portfolio.o Produce monthly contract deliverables and engage with customer leadership to discuss and review.o Provide financial and operations analysis to provide insight and recommendations regarding the execution of contracts in the Command & Control and Communications & Networks Divisions (Cost, Schedule, Performance) portfolio, to include current and past contracts in preparation for contract closeout.o Maintain insight into all portfolio financial and manpower execution and projections, actively coordinating with Government, Odyssey, and Subcontractor points of contact to ensure accurate and timely hours and financial reports, as well as invoices, are produced and delivered accurately on time.o Support the Odyssey program and functional managers by providing several informational reports, detailed analyses, and guidance regarding employee and subcontractor utilization of hours, travel, and funding execution.o Apply contract, accounting, and financial management expertise to assist managers with the successful planning and execution of day-to-day operations.o Actively engage with Odyssey managers to ensure optimal employee hour usage per contract requirements.o Maintain visibility into Odyssey and subcontractor expenditures and funding balances communicating funding requirements to internal and external stakeholders as required promptly.o Establish close working relationships with Government, Odyssey contracting, and financial analysts.o Lead recurring meetings in coordination with multiple Odyssey departments, including Odyssey Accounting, Finance, and Contracts Department POCs.o Partner with Odyssey Talent Acquisition POCs to ensure coordinated tracking of recruitment efforts.o Be able to manage a myriad of tasks and initiatives simultaneouslyActively manage a predictable routine 'battle rhythm' that enables efficiency and continuous process improvement.o Update and accurately maintain a complex funding execution and forecasting model.o Assess funding health to ensure appropriate levels are projected and available to support contract requirements.o Readily communicate financial needs to expedite funding transactions needed for the continuity of operations.o Leads routine meetings with the Government to review reports, invoices, and contract deliverables to explain detail, identify and provide forward notice of risks or issues, and alert of actual or potential deviationsQualifications Minimum Required

Experience:
At least five (5) years of experience in a DoD financial planning and analysis, business management, or personnel management roleo Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, connecting external data, consolidating data, and utilizing highly complex formulas.o Experience with DELTEK Costpoint and Cognos reporting Preferred
